They constructed an addition for me, and while the work was substantially complete and of good quality, they failed to close out all of the permits and obtain the proper use and occupancy permits. After years of trying to deal with the county and the builder I had to go to the county myself, pull the necessary permits and hire a fire sprinkler contractor and an electrician to inspect the work that was done, certify it was done to code so the county inspectors would sign off on it.



The whole process went great right up until the very end when it all fell apart and took 8 years to close out all the loose ends. I therefore can not recommend this contractor.
