Regrettably, our computer had suddenly crashed the day before, leading to the purchase of a new computer with a completely different operating system. As we are not very computer literate, we called your company to have our old data transferred to the new computer. Luckily, your tech was able to come that afternoon and facilitate the transfer of our files.
