Dave is a great plumber. He is honest and fast. The price he offers no other plumbers can beat it. I like the way he does things. Offer you a fair price. Next time I will just call him and no need call other companies.

Our 1973 Simi Valley home had an interior leak that neither I nor my handyman friends could source (it dripped bad even with the mains turned off) so I asked neighbors for a good plumber reference. Two suggested David Prince, a popular contractor and a savvy plumber. I called him, but David was already fully booked for the week. Hearing my story though, like a good neighbor he offered to come over right after he was finished working that day, with no after-hours charges. Well, he came as promised and David Prince now has three neighbors on my block who recommend him. Great plumber--fair, honest, and fast!

Dave is the most reliable, efficient and conscientious plumber I have ever had in my home. He installed a gas line and a complete bathroom for us! He is one contractor that I do not mind having on speed dial when the need arises. He even came out on Super Bowl Sunday! His pricing is more than fair and it is a check I never mind writing.
