AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I repeat AVOID! This company is the sketchiest company I've had to deal with over 20 years being a homeowner. Will, the owner promises one thing when making the appointment and quickly changes it when it comes to invoicing. He will call you more than 10 times in a row until you pick up demanding payment for a job that was not even complete. There are much better window cleaning companies that are out there, like Bubbles which came out the next day and finished up the job that Prime Time couldn't handle. This business run by Will is sketchy from the quoting stage till the invoicing stage, avoid any business run by this man. I'm not listing any personal info as a precautionary step to avoid further harassment (as stated by other reviewers) by Will.

Prime Time did great! They came, they were clean, they were neat, they were fast, and they were efficient. If I saw something that needed to be done over again, or if there was something they forgot, they went and did it without attitude. They were nice, they were quiet, and they were good!

I just had my windows and gutters cleaned by this company this afternoon. I set up my appointment and I was surprised by how fast and easy it was to have them come out for a little spring cleaning! GREAT JOB...

this was my 1st time using prime time for window cleaning and i wld like to say they were on time.. efficent .. professional.. and did a wonderful job .. my windows never looked better.. i highly recommend prime time for services..

Excellent service and fast response. They were here within 24 hours. I recommended them to a friend and he used them too. They quote me a price and by the time the service was finished I was charged $20 less because it was easier then they thought. I would use them again.

The crew sent to my house worked well, thoroughly and efficiently. They were very nice to my wife and children. They stand by their work. I plan on using them not only for my gutter cleaning but to wash my windows as well.

I scheduled air duct cleaning with them. My appointment was 4pm but they didn't show up and they never even bothered to call me, I called them. I ended up rescheduling (because they gave me a good discount) and then changed my mind and canceled altogether because I feel like they are not reliable. Will definitely not recommend.

Very poor quality of workmanship. Very unreliable service and rarely showed up on time. We would definitely not recommend ever using them.
