Over-Priced. 247 dollars to replace a connection hose to the hot water heater. Don't get me wrong, the tech gave me a price upfront, and stated it would take 30 mins to an hour to do the work. He was done in 10 minutes and still charged me 247.00. I just see how you expect to get repeat business with outrageous prices like that. Will never use them again.

I've had a nightmare of a time with my house just falling to pieces it seems in the last two years or so and I've had to deal with several companies with rude and unprofessional employees etc. When I realized I needed to find a plumber to fix a leak and a stoppage in my master bathroom, I thought "Great, here we go again" but these guys were a pleasant surprise. I found out that it's a small company ran by the owner who is a licensed plumber and a few licensed plumber employees too which is probably why he was so friendly. The large companies I've dealt with have no customer service anymore. Anyways, The owner, Steve was his name I believe, was very professional, very helpful, and very honest. The plumbers that worked on the leak and everything else, cleaned up after they were finished each day and I have never had a contractor clean up as well as them or without having to ask. I even got a thank you for your business postcard in the mail the next week. I would recommend Prestige Plumbing to everyone. I also read the comment above about the "hidden service fee" and I of course don't know if they mentioned it to that person on the phone or not but I can almost guarantee that it was either a simple mistake that day and it just slipped from being said or that the customer didn't hear them and it was a miscommunication. (I also think you have to be a moron not to expect a service call fee or not to ask when you call! - EVERYONE charges a service call fee - it's people's time and gas. They can't just go around doing that all day for free. They would never make any money! Especially with the way gas prices are now days!) I also had a lot of work to do and after I was invoiced, Steve waived the service call fee from my bill and I appreciate that kind of business!

I will surely use this company again. They were very friendly, professional, and the least expensive. The owner is a small business man I believe and definately made us feel like valuable customers, not just some other person they want money from like most places I've dealt with. It was pleasant to find someone who was honest and knew what they were doing. Thanks FRANK AND STEVE !
