Initial impression of Mr. Jay Chamless, President of Precision Inspection Services, LLC. was good, but quickly changed when he did not effectively address significant issues with cracks in the concrete around the support rail of the pool. There were no pictures or comments mentioned in the report provided to me. In fact, when I called Mr. Chambless to re-address the omission of the damaged concrete he simply blew off my concerns and stated that he did not see those cracks as an issue. I strongly recommend NOT using this service as after receiving my $300 for the home inspection Mr. Chambless made no attempts to address my additional concerns. Shame on you. To the credit of the owner and the company that install the pool they saw the cracks as an issue and will be making the appropriate repairs. If nothing else, you should have at least took photos and made note of the cracks in the home inspection report whether an issue in your opinion or not... just to be through!
