I am so impressed with this company. I was a little nervous about the process because I had never used it before but now I won't use anything else in the future. The lady on the phone was super sweet and the technician they sent out to my home made me feel very comfortable. He knew what he was talking about and answered all of my questions with patience. The price was very reasonable and definitely worth it as my carpets are as clean as I've ever seen them. Thank you Precision! I will be calling you for my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

I contacted Precision Chem-Dry because I had spilled red wine on the carpet and a very nice white upholstered chair. I tried several products to remove the stains with no success at all. Precision completely removed both stains, and the carpet and chair look good as new. Not only did Precision do top notch quality work, everybody I dealt with in the company was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better service.

You guys are very professional and I LOVE the fact that the carpets and furniture dry quickly! I had my carpets done by the owners of our town homes we used to live in and my family and I had to stay out of our house for the entire day (like 8 hours) and the carpets were still wet! The quality is great as well!

My family and I have tried A LOT of different carpet cleaners. Since we found Precision Chem Dry we haven't used anyone else! The women that we have spoken with on the phone are very knowledgable and friendly. The technicians are clean cut and do a good job. The carpets stay looking good for much longer then when we had them steam cleaned and most importantly they are always UP FRONT on the pricing. The technician always walks me through it and then gives me the final price before he starts. I have and would recommend this company to all my friends and family!
