Very unprofessional, I was having him rebuild the front end on my silverado 2500hd and he didn't even know what was involved or which tools would be needed to get the job done. After pressing out the ball joint on the lower control arm he could not get it back in. I spent a few hours on the internet, phone and running to auto parts stores to find the special tool needed to finish the job but could not locate one for him. He did most of the other items on my list but at the end of the day one ball joint was pressed out and the other one still needed to be done. And he basically told me he wasn't going to do 2 of the items on my list (which never changed) because to much work was involved to do it. Why he accepted the job if he didn't already know this or have the necessary tools to get the job done is extremely unprofessional. I had emailed the year make and model of my truck along with a list of everything I wanted done the night before he came over to bid the job. He than wanted to be paid, I told him I'd pay when the job was done, he started crying about how he needed to pay his brother for the day and how much he needed the money. I gave him half the money after he promised that he'd be back the next day to finish. It was very important that he get the job done ASAP due to the fact he moved my unregistered truck out of the driveway and onto the street to have a flat surface to work on. I let him know that I'd wind up with a ticket if it was not moved off the street. Well he was a no show the next day. I'm a 54 year old woman who has only recently starting working on my own cars, and was left to finish the job, which by the way I was able to press back in the ball joint and do the other side without that special tool he had to have to do the job. SO BEWARE OF THESE GUYS, their work is as worthless as their word.

Just had my right front axel bearings replaced, & he was amazing. Originally quoted $70, got it lowered to $50, but because he did an exceptional job, I paid the $70. Well worth having him work on your vehicle. Amazing service, and quality job. In the next couple of weeks, i'll be having my brakes done, and he'll be the mechanic. Thanks for the excellent work!

Brought car in to have crank sensor replaced due to having trouble startingthe car sometimes. Other than that car ran great. That is until pops mechanic touched my vehicle. After sensor was replaced the car had bad idle. I was told I had a bad at and needed to replace throttle body and was quoted for another $200.00!! Then I was also told that I had bad motor mounts which would cost another $200.00 took my car to another mechanic who informed me that they did not follow procedure of relearning the idle. He re learned the idle for me and car runs great. If you see their truck at advanced auto parts run away as fast as you can.

Was in the need for a mechanic so I used Googe, and found Pops Mobile Mechanic, he was prompt and did what was needed to get me back on the road. He stated a price and hooked up his machine and didn't ask for a cent more. Very professional and I will be calling him in the future. Thank you...

I lost the drive belt to my 12 year old Mustang GT convertible, this car is my baby. Pops was there within 3 hrs of my call and had part in hand. within 30 min I was back on the road. Save me towing time and money on part and installed at a very fair rate.
