Ruined my blazer, when I went in I had a picture, receipt of the blazer. I simply wanted the money to purchase a new one. The woman began yelling at me, very nasty woman. She said I will get nothing and my blazer was fine. I went and bought the same blazer so she could see how she ruined it( color was dingy, about 20 pebbles inside blazer)it was clear they ruined it..she refused to take ownership and said I will get nothing. Do not go to this cleaner..she will ruin your clothing and become verbally abusive if you bring it back.
