I don't always do these ratings. However, considering how difficult it is to find good, reliable contractors, I appreciate reading these reviews. Bob Ouellette arrived a few minutes early (very important to anyone), looked professional, acted professional, had every thing he needed to repair my toilet, scheduled for the day after I called him, returned my message the same day, knew what he was doing, was able to complete the repair in less than 30 minutes, and did not leave a mess. I have his card and will call him for all future plumbing jobs. I highly recommend him.
