Just got off the phone with a very nice gentlemen who was of great help when I asked him about bee removal. He quickly identified over the phone the type of bee (paper wasp), their behavior, and the fact they weren't aggresive. He told me how I could get rid of them myself. I will definitely go back to them if I have any further pest problems! Thank you!

It started with Bill on the phone expertly educating me on bees. Next his son Brian came to our house and calmly and quickly took control of the bees. Finally Rick, a recommended handy man, opened up the roof and removed the hive and honey. The total cost was $475.00, much cheaper than the initial quotes of $1200-$1700 I received from other companies. Every step of the way they proved to me that the customer was their number one priority by keeping costs low and quality high. I am overjoyed with the results and I highly recommend Pinpoint Pest Control.

I have been a customer of Pinpoint Pest Control for 11 years. We live in an area surrounded by trees and have had persistent problems with rodents. Bill, the owner of Pinpoint has worked diligently to solve our problems. He would not give up until the problem was gone. We have also had "bee issues" with hives being built in both the exterior and interior of our attic. Bill is a bee expert and educated us on the subject. He has successfully eliminated our bee problem. Then there are the ants.... I actually just hear about ants from others, we don't have any and haven't had any for the 11 years with Pinpoint. The work ethic at Pinpoint is of the highest standard. I can not say enough good things about them, as a company and individually. Thank you Bill and Pinpoint for your caring service.

Pinpoint is a great company because they really care about me, the customer. When a very large hive of bees moved into our house in Rancho Santa Fe right above the front door, I called our termite company for help. They recommended Sterve, at Pinpoint. I was reluctant to use a pest control company because I wanted to avoid pesticide chemicals. I was surprised when Steve sent his brother out, because he just put all of the bees in a large brown bucket and left them there until evening. A little after supper, we noticed that all of the bees had moved into a small opening at the bottom of the bucket. At dusk, he came back with a Monk from a nearby Abbey and they removed the whole hive and took them back to the Abbey to make honey for the Monks to use!

All the while, Steve and his brother and father, and the Monk, explained everything that they were doing for my grandchildren. They even left us a piece of the honeycomb for the kids to taste!
