I scheduled an appointment with them. On the day of the appointment I moved all the furniture and had everything ready to go. They were late (strike 1) so I called. The owner Bill told me that he wrote me down on the wrong day and would not be able to clean my carpets! Unbelievelable. I have family coming into town tomorrow! I really like to give the small, local business owners a chance, but this one was a huge mistake! Never again!
