We initially hired PHB Construction to do the finish carpentry in our lower level. We have a craftsman style home, and wanted the trim to match the upstairs exactly. Paul has an exceptional attention to detail, and is good with plaster too. Although I was acting as my own GC, we kept him on to finish the tiled bathroom, wet bar, and even got the carpeting through him. He was able to correct some of the less than perfect work done by the rough carpenter and drywall guys.



We then had PHB do some drywall repair, painting, and tile repair to help prepare my mother-in-laws condo for sale.



Paul is licensed and provides detailed quotes. When there are changes or cost overruns (as always happens) he is more than fair and reasonable. He shows up when he says he will, does what he promises, and cleans up along the way. I wish we had connected with PHB earlier.
