I was not impressed with their customer service. I called and booked an appt. with a tremendously bored teenager for the morning between 9-11. At 11:30 I call back and talk to that same hungover sounding teen. she talks to the bug guy who called me back himself. He goes on a rambling story of how he had some last minute customers who had to be done right then ect. It doesn't sound that bad, but I was just shocked at how unprofessional everyone was. jeez. I ended up canceling and going with albemarle pest and termite, which was much cheaper anyway. when i called to cancel the teen didn't even ask why I was canceling or attempt to retain me. wow.
