With Real Results being more of a family oriented gym, the facility is a 2nd home to Lonnie, where he finds pleasure in training with his clients as well as training his self when he is not teaching the class. Particularly in his classes is the next step that you have desired to take, with more of a fast cardio pace, fast twitch, and more action packed for the experienced gym rat. Also for the first day enthusiast he encourages and reinserts that initial confidence it took for you to make that first step through the door of a life changing lifestyle. Lonnie’s personality is a major key component to his training, where clients are indulge and delighted to train with Lonnie because of his care free but assertive attitude. Clients describe Lonnie as a very passionate, enduring personal fitness trainer, consultant, and coach. Through the bonds that Lonnie and his clients form, helps him become knowledgeable to further assist and motivate them all to meet their fitness goals. His career of being a professional boxer, gives Lonnie the extra knowledge and skill sets that other trainers cannot compare or share with you because this knowledge is not found in book, but only through years of experience can a trainer design fitness programs which show immediate mental and physical results.
