The Spring broke on my garage door and I was nervous about calling garage door companies because I was ripped off before. I found Performance and crossed my fingers. The guy that answered the phone was friendly and took time to answer some questions I had. A tech was availabe to come out within the hour so I said yes having a good feeling so far. The tech was in uniform and was also friendly. He took the time to look over everything on my garage and pointed out some concerns he had and gave me different options for repair. I chose to just change the spring and felt no pressure to do anymore. The pricing is very affordable and when I can, I will call them back to finish the recommendations.
