I called and asked about onsite delivery. I have a remote location and wanted to know about having topsoil blown in. Of course I was willing to pay for it.They do indeed provide the service but you must have some particular access. I asked to have someone come out and look to see if my site had that access and would work and they refused. Saying "we never do that". I asked "has anyone ever asked?" and they said "oh yes but we just don't do that". and hung up. I guess they have enough business that they don't need mine.
