Let me start this review by saying that I will never use this company again, and I don´t recommend it to anyone.



I hired them to do heavy cleaning in my residence before moving out. The asked $245 for the job, which I agreed to pay for the job they promised to deliver.



The cleaning staff included Nelly and a helper. When I saw the apartment I found the stove damaged. Nelly had used an abrasive and scratched the paint off of the control panel. She acted as if I was overreacting about the situation.



Then, I checked the bathroom. The tub, inside rail, metal panels and the glass door had a white residue all over them. Also, the mirror had traces of the product they had used to clean it. When I questioned Nelly about the quality of the work, she got furious saying that she knew what she was doing and that these items could not be cleaned any further. I passed my finger over one of the metal panels and the white residue came off, leaving the metal shinier.



She called her supervisor, Frank, and she referred to me as "chingada" ( I am a native speaker of Spanish and this is the language Nelly used). Frank came over. We walked through the apartment, and he seemed to agree to fix the situation.



Two hours later I spoke with Jesse, the owner, to summarize the events as they had transpired, and he agreed to take care of the situation. Another trip to the apartment two hours later found Nelly painting the front panel of the stove and her helper cleaning the bathroom. Jesse offered me a $100 discount for the trouble and the damage to the stove.



When I accepted the discount, I did not foresee that the stove would be left in such unrepairable condition.



A company that I hired to do a professional cleaning job caused incredible damage and additional expenses. I hired them so that I would not have to worry, and it took me four days to undo their substandard job.



The new part costs $130, but it´s not available for sale anymore. As a result, I was forced to take leave from work to address this issue during work hours.
