Our refrigerator was about to go out and unfortunately it was on a Saturday. I went down the line of appliance service people listed on yellow pages.com. All I got was NO sorry, No sorry over and over again. I called Pat's Appliance and they were so Awesome! Normally they only work 'til noon on Saturdays, but they really helped us out and came to our house about 2:00. I think the 2 gentlemen that came out were the owners! They were extremely courteous & professional! They figured out what was wrong with the refrigerator in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately they didn't have the part, but fixed our refrigerator just enough to keep it working until they could get the part on Monday! They came out Monday, didn't charge us for another service call, and had it fixed in no time! Excellent customer service! We will definitely use Pat's Appliance Again! They service air conditioners too! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!
