Came by at 6 pm on his way home to look at my issue. He was very helpful and solved my problem quickly. Very professional and a nice guy to boot!

On 11/22/19 AM, I called Henry about our water pump failing to work. Henry was at my house within an hour of my call. I've used him before and he has always been reliable about getting to me within a reasonable amount of time. He figured out that he needed to get my pump up and out so he could see what was going on. After he saw what was happening he came to me to show me. The pipes that connected to the pump had rusted so bad that water was continually escaping and finally the last pipe that connected to the pump gave way. Henry replaced all my pipe and installed a new pump. I was back in business by 2 pm the same day. Got a problem? Call Henry at Parker Pump Service. Tom L.

I called Parker Pump over the holidays because I didn’t have water. Henry was out promptly and is courteous. He had us up and running quickly.

Parker pump is who installed my well back in early 2000's. I had them out to replace check valves last year and replaced the expansion tank. Worked fine up until two weeks ago. First people I call is Parker Pump. Why not? Henry answers. "Can you text me the address and I'll call you back?" Done. It's been 11 days and he still has not called back. I have called his number every day since and just get put into VM. The couple times I did get through and he mistakenly answered he gives the typical "let me call you back' response.

Least he could do is say 'hey I'm too busy' or something to let me know I shouldn't be relying on him.

These clowns came out to replace neighbor's well pipe two years ago and put galvanized back in the casing. Pipe failed two days ago when the pipe should have lasted 10+ years. They put in p.v.c. this time which they could have done 2 years ago and saved her a $500 service call two days ago. Owner could not explain why p.v.c. wasn't used two years ago nor would he stand behind the company's work(and judgment). Chances are the clowns that came out didn't have any p.v.c. on the truck and were too lazy to go get it so they put in substandard galvanized. PVC will outlast galvanized 2 to 1 easy.

Would give 6 Stars if it was possible. I had a 'no-water' situation at my house this morning. Called Parker Pump Service and talked to Henry. He was at my house within the hour. He diagnosed the bad pressure readings, replaced the pressure switch and piping. Had me back up in less then an hour from arriving. 5+ Stars.
