The best groomers in Tucson. We've used them for 6 years and our 16 year old cockerpoo is still around and happy because of them. Jennifer and Jessie are terrific.

This company doesn't deserve 1 star. I've been using this company for years (every 3-4 months or so). I've had to re-clean and re-groom my dog on multiple times because the groomer didn't do her job. I had to switch groomers. I have a Newfie so his groom is not cheap. I mentioned to the new guy about how the groomers used my water, electricity and leaving mess around my yard. I've tried several times in the past to try to fix issues with the owner, Jennifer. Today is the first time I got her to call me back. She told me every groomer has their own style, they are independent contractors, they charge their own pricing and I don't follow around behind them to check on what they are doing for each customer. I asked how can she run a business if she doesn't know what's going on, how can she protect the standard of excellence if she doesn't require the groomers to do the services that are listed on her website? She instead defended the groomer, told me the groomer today spoke out of line. I stated my issues with the old groomer, how my dog was not getting properly cared for and when he came out of her van with his tail between his legs I thought it was rude that she had the old groomer on the phone to argue with me when I needed her to resolve the issues I'd had with her company. I told her what her website states I should have been getting and she said that that wasn't correct information even though I read it right off their website while on the phone with her. She said the groomer I had today would most likely be let go and she had just decided that she would no longer be grooming large breed dogs, especially mine. Instead of her resolving my issues, she'd rather no longer have my business and fire the groomer I had today for trying to better the situation I had been having? She said yes and have you ever thought that maybe the issue was actually you? WHAT! That is highly disrespectful, unprofessional and I have to warn others about her deceitful practices.

nobody should ever let their dog be groomed by these people I have a Peek a Poo and the man that groomed her I believe his name is Frank or Fred nicked, cut, left horrible patches of hair all over my dog and practically shaved her bald. She looked like a absolute nightmare. when i called to inquire as to what the hell happened the groomer called me back and said he would give me my money back. As of today I cannot reach anyone to talk to nor has this so called groomer come by or called me back. People that cant do what they say they will and just disregard you as a customer to me can care less about you as a customer and your animals and I believe they should not be in business. Unfortunately this is one of those companies. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT LET THEM GROOM YOUR DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best way to make a customers experience better they should just do what they said and give me my money back and i will never contact you again.
