In college, my buddies and I used to manage an arts pavilion, hosting a wide variety of events in a relatively large warehouse building. Because of low finances back in that day, we never really put much cleaning work into the space itself, but instead focused on organization and set-up. Just recently, however, ten years out of college, I revisited the place and noticed that it was unchanged, and for sale! The place was a dump, of course, after years of neglect. So before committing to my purchase, I called janitorial services company Palm Coast Building Maintenance and told about the place. They assured me that everything would be taken care of and provided with a quote. After their janitorial cleaning work was complete, I was blown away with the careful cleaning and junk removal work they had done with the place, leaving me with a brand new space.

I had met with many different cleaning companies to replace our current janitorial service. I chose Palm Coast because of there referals and the owner returned all my phone calls in minutes! It was apparent that there staff new what they were doing....all of our tenants have very positive comments when I see them. The transition was very smooth....the owner of Palm Coast delivered everything he said and more! Thank You!
