DO NOT SHOP HERE! They have a restocking fee that they do not tell the customer about till you have to return. Of course it is in fine print but they have also an arbitrary amount of 20%-50% based on whatever they feel like. I purchased a cooktop and unfortunately it did not fit so I went to return it unaware of their restocking fee. They told me They were going to charge me 30% restocking so bbased on my purchase price of 999 dollars it is $276 for nothing! Unbelievable. Other stores have restocking fee but it typically is only 10-15% on special items. DO not shop there unless you want to get screwed by them. Shop lowes or HD. Better value better service. Called the manager at the store in Costa Mesa, they would not return my calls. Terrible customer service! Unbelievable!
