The guarantees apply to:
- Restoring power after outages
- Appointments
- Switching on power
- Estimates for new power supply
- Billing questions
- Meter problems
- Planned interruptions
(Some guarantees require a claim to be filed, and there are certain circumstances in which the guarantees do not apply.)
The company’s customer service center allows customers to contact specially trained representatives 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Pacific Power also has a direct line for customers to call when the power goes out.

Provided by YPmobileI don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. I'm 2months late on my bill, which is just shy of $500. I called, expressing my Starving Student/Sibgle Father situation with a request of some grace for the next week, as I'm waiting on my student loan check. They totally hooked me up with an extension with no risk of getting my power shut off in the mean time, then helped me out with their assistance program for low-income families. All I needed to do was call them, explain my situation, propose a payment date, and it worked. Huzzah for Pacific Power!

Provided by YP.comi wish we had more elecric company options cause when you are a struggling family this company has no sypathy its come up with the $ or live with out electric even if you have a house full of kids and the places who provide services to low income families are out of funding . i think its terrible they would do this to some one who has children and no where else to turn for the money. its terrible because they knw they are the only electric company that services this area and we struggling famils have no where else to turn to
