Had my sprinkler system installed by Willy last week and could not be happier. Working with Michelle in Customer Service in the beginning was very helpful in figuring out a date that would work best for me to Willy who came out and explained everything that would be done during installation. I came home from work and you would have never even noticed that my grass was literally cut out for the tubing. The panel is very easy to understand also. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Generally speaking, the company was great. The service was fabulous. The technicians were polite. The secretary I spoke to was polite. I will definitely use Pacific Lawn Sprinklers again for my sprinkler system needs. Winter is approaching and I will need to call them to winterize my system. I look forward to having them back.

Being that this company was the only one that I could have come out and look at my system, I was nervous. I have to say; however, they did a great job. The issue I had was pretty small and the job was completed in approximately forty-five minutes. Way to go, Pacific Lawn Sprinklers! You have just gained a happy and loyal customer, even if you are the only company who can service my area.

This was my first time using Pacific Lawn Sprinklers and it was a pleasure. The truck was sitting up the street waiting so they could arrive at the agreed upon time. Hector the sprinkler guy was polite and knowledgable. The truck was neat and clean, extremely professional. I will definitely use them again.

I needed to install an irrigation system on my property grounds as soon as possible this summer. I had received an estimate from another company, but at my mother's and sister's recommendation as long-term Pacific Lawn Sprinklers satisfied customers, I chose Pacific to install the new, multi-line irrigation system on my property. I am so glad I did.



The next morning after calling to request an estimate from Pacific, their highly experienced system design and installation crew arrived to thoroughly walk the over one acre of green grounds and determine the most optimal combination of drip irrigation lines and sprinkler heads. They carefully crafted an irrigation system plan that encompassed a long row of young evergreens over the stone wall, extensive flower beds all around the house on both sides of the driveway, and a wildflower garden at the end of the property across a big lawn expanse. The lead installation and designer technician's work plan and most competitive pricing were received that same afternoon. Upon immediate acceptance, and as July hot days were approaching, the system design and installation crew installed the first-ever irrigation system on my property grounds the very next day! Giuliano and Claudio, along with their assistant Midi, worked nonstop all day with dedication, expertise, and professionalism. Their work was thorough and careful, and it was reassuring to me that they treated my property with the same diligence and care as if it were theirs. Giuliano and Claudio are not only top installation experts, they are highly professional, diligent, hard-working, and courteous. Pacific Lawn Sprinklers and their customers are fortunate to have such superb technicians!



Following installation, Pacific Lawn Sprinklers returned to my property the next day to ensure smooth operation and seamless functioning of the new irrigation system vis-a-vis our well water supply. System adjustments and enhancements were made over two immediate follow-up visits. Company supervisor John himself visited my property along with his crew, further tweaking and perfecting the new irrigation system's performance and its seamless operation with our well water supply. I appreciated the responsiveness and hands-on involvement of company management. The new, multi-line irrigation system is performing optimally and perfectly, our well water supply to the house is plentiful, and the trees, flowers, and living world around my house are thriving in the summer heat. They are happy and grateful, as I am.

These guys do irrigation, water proofing, lighting, snow clearing, cleaning out your drains, and of course sell lawn sprinklers. It is great that I can call them up for any problem with my lawn and they can come take care of it. Their irrigation system is amazing, and the waterproofing they did in my basement hasn't had a problem and has made such a difference. They are excellent professionals. I'm very impressed.

They are so reliable that they can make that claim and follow through on it.
