Purchased a Samsung Refrigerator from Orville’s and the defrost circuit failed during the warrantee period. So far each component in the defrost circuit seems to be systematically failing and we are told to pay the cost for repairs. Our last cal for repair was 34 day before needing to call for a remedy for the same problem. We spent over $300.00 in small backup appliances because the repair service told us to defrost the unit in order to repair it and then informed us the repair would not be covered under warrantee.
Will never recommend Orville’s or a Samsung product. Both companies walked away with our money.

I didn't even want to give it one star. I just bought a new Samsung washer that is so bad it shakes and moves when in use and we have to put it back every time. Samsung and the store orviles in Henrietta keep blaming the other. Had a MASTER tech out sent by Samg and the problem is very very bad . Motor and shock damage do to shipping according to the MASTER tech. He said he would not repair it and was going to try and help but he did not call Samsung while he was here which he is suppose to do. He called someone and spoken in Japanese. Next thing I know the store manager calls and says his boss said it is fixable hmmm. I called his boss and asked him to come out since he didn't take his techs word and he hung up. The tech said in order to TRY and fix it he has to pull out the entire guts of the washer in my basement. 3 weeks old and has a horrible mold smell. Samsung and orviles keep putting it on each other. Washer jumps all over and if tech doesn't fix no pay go figure
