Untrustworthy. They failed to ...

Untrustworthy. They failed to complete the final extraction of water from the carpets in my cars. This left the carpets very wet, allowed mold to grow and caused a horrible smell. When I contacted Adam ( the owner) about this, he admitted the error, apologized and promised to come back to fix the problem. The scheduled day for him to fix the error came and went and he never showed up. He also did not return any of my many phone calls about the matter. Completely unacceptable customer service. Beware.
