Dave Cobb start buying and selling stamps in 1982. He started as a part time stamp dealer and moved to a full time dealer in the late 1980s. As time went on he decided to specialize in classic US stamps, plate blocks, and other related items. Dave attends stamp shows nationally and is very active in buying and selling stamps. Dave is actively seeking US stamp collections and provides free appraisals at any of the shows he attends. He is a member of the American Philatelic Society, the American Stamp Dealers Association, and the National Stamp Dealers Association.If you are a collector or inherited a collection, Dave will give you a fair, honest appraisal and that realistic price is what he will offer you for your collection. Whatever Dave appraises your collection at is what he will offer on it. (some appraisers will tell you what your collection appraises for but not make an offer)
