I received great service from this company. I would definitely use them and again and recommend them to anyone looking for heating and air services.

I choose this company based on the 5 star rating and after reading all the great reviews. My a/c died and they gave me a quick appointment with a 2 hour window. The techs were a little late but nice enough. They diagnosed the problem as my system being out of frion (forgive the spelling?) for 298 they'd put in 6 pounds of freon. Fair enough, I gave the ok and they went to work. Later the techs came to the door looking for payment, I was still looking for cool air. Nothing was coming from the vents at all. They checked the vents w/thermometers (I'm looking at the fur ball stuck in the vent that is not moving - low tech diagnosis but it works for me..) So they went back to work and came to the door saying the blower motor was bad. But for another 400 bucks and some change, they could replace it. I missed a whole day of work, as the work took all afternoon and if I hadn't been diligent I would have to miss another day of work as they would have needed to return another day. It seems to me that a quality tech would have checked the whole system before declaring his work to be done, payment please... Isn't that basic professionalism? Would I use Neman again, eh I'd try the next company with a decent rating. I wasn't impressed and as much as I try to shake it, I have this feeling that I was worked.. Would it have been different if there was a man around? Who knows, everything may have been fair and honest, but I wasn't left feeling so sure. My advice is to keep looking and get estimates.

When my air conditioning unit failed to work, I called Newman's Heating and Cooling. This was Sunday morning. They were at my home by 11:30 and had my air conditioner up and running by 2:00pm. What I appreciated most about Doug was his honesty and integrity. Also I was impressed by his knowledge which has come through years of experience and training. I will refer everyone I know to Newman's Heating and Cooling!

Would reccomend Newman's Heating and Cooling to anyone! My A/C failed to cool although the fan was operating. We called Newman's heating and air and they responded promptly. After running a series of tests, they determined that a capacitor had blown and replaced it. The A/C unit started cooling again and the bill was very reasonable! We received honest and reliable service!

Last winter I called Newman's Heating and Cooling out for a service. They were prompt, curtious, and fair priced. This spring I called them out again and they found my compressor was bad. They gave me a competative price and believe me I checked around. They replaced my whole system with a high efficient Amana that had several rebates and tax credits. Now, I am more comfortable and have air flow in room that didn't have good air flow when the house was new. Doug, the owner, said it would cut my bills in half, and IT DID. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest company. I will absolutely use them again. Thanks Newman's
