Absolutely Horrible Customer Service !!!!!!! . New Image is a Mickey Mouse landscaping/lawn maintenance service provider with no compassion to customer relations or interest in creating a positive experience to their customer. The Owner, Ted, is very immature and has no business or customer service experience. You will be amazed how quickly it shows when you begin to rely on his services. He will promise you a certain day to come do your yard, he will even text you "Will be at your property today, Ted" and then never show. A few days (3-5 additional) will pass and still a no show & no attempt of notification.. You call him to ask what happened, and the response is "sh*t happens, I'm running behind". Really Ted? How do you stay in business?

As weeks continued that same story takes place... -- No Show, No Show, Running Behind, be there tomorrow, still don't show, excuses, excuses, etc. When New Image finally does show up, this whole process will mentioned above starts over. Deja VU !!!

A consumer who hires a so-called "professional" company should not have to babysit week to week and constantly wonder, when will my grass get cut?



Final Outcome --- YOU"RE FIRED !!!!!!!!!
