I had a coffee stain on a dress that I showed them when I brought in the dress. I paid when I got the dress and decided to look at it (unfortunately, after I had already paid). The stain was still there, not even lightened. The fellow said "Oh, yes. It's silk and we could just put the chemical on and it didn't remove it". Well, the dress is viscose, not silk and should not have been difficult to remove. The original water stain was also still there.
