Our dryer of 7 years needed services. We had actually called someone off Craig's list come out and "fix" for $75. What they did was broke it more and put an old belt on but charged us for the new belt. Well Rick came in and within 5 min told me what we needed and how much it would cost and threw in no delivery charges but did offer brand new parts. He offered to help because he felt bad the previous guy scammed us. He put that part on order and went all the way back to Dallas to pick it up! Then within a matter of 45 min and was back and done. Gave us our old part and said we could sell it on eBay or do what we wanted because they i my work with brand new parts. I like that because you never know what you are gonna get. Now my oven is out and tomorrow I will be calling rick!

Purchased a refurbished washer and dryer for my daughter. Rick went above and beyond to make sure we were absolutely happy with our purchase!! From the great price to the attention we received after a few glitches!! Very professional putting his customers number 1!!!

I can not in good conscious recommend Neptune to anyone looking for used appliances. I contacted the company about a washing machine found on Craigslist and was informed that particular machine was not available, but that another option was. I paid for the other available machine and had it delivered only to use it two (2) times and have the motor fail just 5 days outside of the 30 day warranty. I spoke with Neptune to try to get the situation resolved and was told that there was nothing they could do outside of the warranty period (even just 5 days and two uses out) and that in order to have it fixed I would have to pay for parts and labor amounting to almost double what I had originally paid for the washer. I offered to take apart, diagnose, and pay for the parts to fix the washer if Neptune would only provide the labor and put the machine back together with testing to ensure everything worked. They would not budge however, only offering to come take a look to tell me what the problem was after only five minutes of "testing". All the while still offering to repair the machine for a price of almost double what was originally paid for the washer. I told them that I could not in good faith have them repair something that they "guaranteed" in the first place due to the fact that it was obviously in disrepair when it was sold to me. The whole situation leads me to believe that the machine was knowingly sold to me with issues and that it was offered in an attempt to unload faulty equipment. Buy at your own risk..

We contacted Neptune Appliance for service on our 4 year old GE washer which had developed a leak. The technician that was dispatched later the same day arrived on time, identified the faulty part, tested his repairs and had the machine back up and running like new within 90 minutes. I will contact this company again with any future appliance issues and recommend them highly!
