DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company should be called "Criminals Serving Criminals". The prices on their website are not accurate, they did not get the job done and wanted additionals fees to continue their "unlimited" services for a "flat fee". When I chose to discontinue their services rather than pay an additional fee I received intimidating and threatening emails and even an email stating they would serve me with an anti harrassment order (???????). Before discontinuing their services, they did not keep me up to date on the status of the job. I had to contact them one week later to find out what was going on. The customer service was horrible, the communications that took place after I contacted them a week later were very unprofessional. The company is poorly run, unorganized and engages in false advertisment on their website. Do NOT waste your money, find a real, professional process server who will not intimidate and bully their customers. They are not even deserving of the one star that I had to give them....
