Nathan Reliable Construction should be called Nathan UNRELIABLE Construction. I signed a contract with Nathan to build a garage and a Lean to (an overhang on my porch). He promised to get the work done in 2-3 weeks and it’s been 3 months and the jobs are not finished. He is unresponsive and full of excuses. Has left a mess of material all over the workplace making it a hazards for my kids that go play in the yard. Had to fire him and find another contractor to finish the job. Worst experience with a contractor. In the process of suing him for materials purchased for the job that he hasn’t returned. I would never recommend such an irresponsible and unreliable contractor.

They did everything I needed perfectly thank you!!! I loved the back room and the siding and my roof!!!!

DO NOT HIRE!!!! This Company is unlicensed, uninsured and unregistered with the state.
