Amazing! Came out same day for last minute cleaning needed. It was like anew home. He was very easy to get a hold of, answered calls and text. And then called the next day to do a recap to make sure I was happy with his service and gave me tips on how to keep bugs out. I will use him every time and recommend him to anyone look! Not the mention the AMAZING PRICING!

I called Mug A Bug in May to get a termite evaluation of my home. It took over a month and several phone calls for them to get out there, then they came so late in the day, they couldn't give me a real answer. Apparently they didn't realize that it gets dark in the evening. So they said they would come back again. I called several more times, before finally giving up on them. I called Dodson's and they were out the next day, with a written evaluation and estimate. I will never deal with Mug A Bug, and will advise anyone who asks that they not bother, either.
