Great service! They always come out the same or next day whenever I call, and they are always very professional and knowledgeable. They charge about the same as other service companies(plumbing, heating, etc) but I've always gotten a knowledgeable electrician who can find and fix the problem without much problem.

The most overpriced electricians in the area. Buyer beware. You will pay at least twice what any reputable electrician will charge. Its a bait and switch company. They think the public should pay for their image or lack there of. Always get an estimate and get it in writing. After checking with other reputable companies the wise will chose someone else.

Overpriced. Technician was inexperienced. Do not use unless you want to be overcharged.

I recently had two ceiling fans installed by Kaiser -- the electrical boxes were already in place, so all the electrician had to do was assemble the fans and connect them. He was there maybe two hours, and I was charged nearly $600, which seems quite high a price to me. The work was good, however.

I made an appointment to get an estimate for some electrical work. My appointment was scheduled, and the technician arrived 30 minutes late. The pricing was very high with no flexibility. Since I already had a bid at a more reasonable price, I explained I could not utilize their services. I would expect that in this difficult economic climate there would be room for some type of negotiation there was not. The actions that ensued perpetuated by Kaiser electric would dictate this company is highly unprofessional.

Thanks Kaiser Electric! Your company is top notch. When I called you came right away and delivered exemplary service. Your employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. I will use your company again for sure.
