I called AAA at 9:46 on September 21st because I got stuck in some ice. They indicated that MoneyMaker would be calling me in 20 minutes to tell me when I could expect some assistance. I did not receive a call until 2.37. When the tow truck driver called (865-388-9251) he was courteous, but when I tried to explain how disappointed i was not to receive a call to tell me when I could expect assistance he said have a nice day and hung up. He would not accept a return call.



Under snowy and icy conditions I expect considerable delays. What I do expect is a call to tell me when I can expect assistance. A return call over four hours later is unacceptable.

Do not deal with the people at this towing ficility they are rip off artist. Charged $200 to tow a car within 5 miles. The person at the desk is a real piece of work too.

I paid $230 for 27 miles because the driver went the long way. He charged 43 miles. And then when I called to try to fix it, I was spoke to very rudely. Awful place to use! Especially when you're already stressed about your car.
