Modern-Air replaced our furnace several years ago and so we called them when our water heater started to have issues. After ordering us a new one and coming to install it, they recognized that there was an error in how we were reading the gauge and told us we likely didn't need a new water heater today. Bryan proceeded to catch another error in how our humidifier was functioning and quickly adjusted it. He ended up leaving and not charging us a thing. That is why you hire people you trust.
