Hi my name is Charleston Gray. I am the owner of Mighty Kleen Carpet Services. I started Mighty Kleen in 1998 after working for a carpet cleaning company for 3 years. When we would go to prospective client's homes we would always encounter the delimma of telling the customer that there would be additional charges to clean their carpet, because it was heavily soiled. Some said okay, how much? But many were angry & upset because they only wanted to pay for the basic service at the advertised price. That's not a good way to start a long term company-client relationship.This would put us as employees in a very difficult situation. I always said if I ever started my own carpet cleaning business I would include the cost of deep cleaning in the original price. Here we are 16 years and hundreds of satisfied clients later, still deep cleaning carpets for the Houston area. I want all of my clients to be thrilled with our cleaning services.
