Dont be fooled by the website!This company should be ashamed. Im suprised they are still in business.I will never in life use them. Ive been waiting since 4pm for a tow here is is midnight, no car no tow. Midtown towing I give you guys a negative zero. Booooo for you!!��������

This company was dispatched through Liberty Mutual Roadside Assistance and the driver that showed up was rude and belligerent. He basically DEMANDED a tip in order to do his job, even though payment had already been made over the phone. At the drop-off location, they left my car unsecured, unlocked, with the keys in plain sight, even though they assured me they would deposit the keys in the after-hours dropbox. Do not use this company!

I called Road Side assistance and they set up a tow with Midtown Towing with an eta of 55 minutes. I waited for more than an hour and called the nunmber provided. They assured me they were 20 minutes out due to traffic. I called 30 minutes later and was rudely transferred to another party. This person asked me where I was located and if I was in a Parking Garage. I explained where I was and that i have been waiting for over an Hour and a Half. He said they are just dropping off a car and will then come and assist me, no new ETA!!! 10 minutes later Raodside Assistance called and said they cancelled the pickup because Midtown Towing's truck broke down!!! YAEH RIGHT!! Almost 2 hours of my life I am not getting back. I was provided a new towing company BRT TOWING with ETA of 55 minutes and guess what they were on-time and very professional. DO NOT RELY ON MIDTOWN TOWING!!!!!!!!!!
