Horrible experience dealing with this company. Their towing fee for 7 miles was $150 and their storage fee was $30/day. Not terrible in itself. High but not ridiculous. What is ridiculous is that in addition to the already high towing fee they charged a $50 admin fee and forced me to pay an extra day of storage. They explained this saying that storage is charged on the day in as well as the day out. So, for example if your car is towed on Thursday evening and you try to get it on Friday, they will charge you two days of storage. Classy, eh? If you have a choice I would choose another company. If you don't have a choice, God help you. I get that towing is a predatory business but all businesses should have a little integrity.
