Worst tow company ever. Told them on the phone before I came, that the car most likely won't start, as that was the only reason I left in the lot it was towed from after the lot's hours because I wasn't able to find someone to jump me. Tried paying to get the car back, and the tow back from my house altogether both on the phone before I got there, and also when I arrived at 4:45pm, and they wouldn't allow that. After trying to jump the car there, when we got back to the desk their clock in the office said 4:55, and the bill goes up for towing services after 5. The lady who was in the office printed up the second invoice for the tow back to my house. Her computer had 5:02 as a time, and therefore they charged me the after 5 rate. I asked if they would change this, because I had already said I'd need a tow back, and had already tried paying for it earlier, but was unable to because of them requiring cash. Because of needing cash, I needed to walk to a nearby bank ATM. This time it took me to go get that cash was probably 5 minutes right there, so to charge me an extra rate for 2 minutes considering everything is insane, especially since their clock said it was before 5. They are predatory for your money. 2 minutes!!

well found out mars has a heavy now the driver don came out to the pilot truck stop where i had put my trailer up on the jersey barrier was there within 15 minutes of being called got me off the jersey barrier and over to the ta to get my tire replaced and gave me helpfull info don did a greast job and was fast and efficant and very reasonabl rates weould recomend mars and don for all your towing needs awsome job cant say much morre

I needed to get my car inspected and M.A.R.S. was extremely quick and efficient.. So glad I found a decent garage in Lower Paxton Township!

Absolutely excellent service! Everyone went out of their way to get us to the dealership by their closing time so we could get a loaner car to make our hour treck home. Ive never had a situation to use a tow service, great first experience. Thank you so much!

Ive had Mars tow my show car several times to have work done on it. every time they took super care of the car not damaging anything on it. the car was a 2005 tiburon se they know the car well. super fast and friendly service everytime.. Let me start my story with a little explanation: me and my husband were traveling form Scranton after attending his Nana's funeral, it's been a long day and we had to spend the previous night in a cheap motel so we could actually be at the funeral. Due to the short notice we did not plan our finances accordingly and were running low. And of course while we were driving back to Maryland a tire blew out right in the middle of highway. We tried to put a donut on ourselfs but did not have the right tools. So MARS came out but could not take the blown tire off either due to the complications of the car (they came really quick). At this point I've realized that we just don't have the money to tow the car and then replace the tire. And amazing as these guys are they gave us a super budget deal and were just incredibly nice and understanding. We left the shop with a new tire and made it home fine. I just want to thank amazing people who work at MARS, they saved our day! Especially Les was just the best. Thank you so so so much! We'll be sending a card with our thanks!!!

Wonderful company. they were very helpful towing my vehicle even while i was being arrested.
