Theresa came to our home to give us an estimate. She was right on time, very professional and friendly and new what she was doing. We were originally going to have a random house cleaner at a slightly lower price, however Theresa explained the difference and we are SO happy we went with her recommendation! Our house was spotless! I cannot tell you of ANYTHING that was not clean, top to bottom and side to side, exactly how we asked! The maids were outstanding, even cleaning fine glassware high up on top glass shelves that we had not expected. We are looking forward again to the next time they come and walking in to a fresh smelling and sparkling clean home! After the maids finished the job, Theresa came back to inspect and was immediately told by one of the maids one of our heavy, round bathroom mirrors slipped as it has always been hard to stay. I was amazed that Theresa made a special trip back to our home, tools in hand to either re-hang or make sure the mirror would not slip of the wall and break! I told her we needed to fix it anyway. I was going to tip her $20 for making a special trip for going above and beyond. As she drove away I realized I had forgotten. I called and let her know. Her response was that she was grateful but a tip was not necessary. She felt she was doing what was best in our eyes! :-)
