may 2016 this company came to my house to fix our ac unit. the repairman failed to reconnect a drainage line coming off the unit in the attic, so the water came through my kitchen ceiling instead, causing $1100 in damage. they refuse to take financial responsibility for the damages, stating it is not their fault. a 2nd heating and ac company came out, Miller Brothers, and they say the damage is the direct result of the drainage line not being reconnected properly. They have been contacted through the BBB, our homeowners ins USAA, and through the homebuyers protection association, all to no avail. and they didn't even get the ac fixed. a 2nd company did that too, and they stated we were lucky the unit didn't explode, b/c the freon had been overfilled!
