AWESOME service, pests are the last thing you ever want to deal with, but if you have to, McDonald is the company to call. They literally are on call 24/7 and sent techs to my house anywhere from midnight on a weekday to 8am on a Sunday morning. Customer service is their priority and its worth every penny. The techs are friendly, knowledgable and always available. Pricing is also very reasonable. A+ all the way.

We discovered that we had a bed bug infestation and called McDonald Pest Control. Within an hour Patrick was at our house. He inspected, told us of our options for treatment and informed us of the results we could expect. His demeanor and confident attitude helped calm our emotions and concerns. We scheduled treatment the very next day. McDonald Pest Control employees arrived on time, worked very hard with a professional attitude and performed just as we had been told they would. A week later a scent detection dog was brought to our house and assured us that we had indeed rid ourselves of the bed bugs. We would, without hesitation, recommend McDonald Pest Control for any pest problem. McDonald Pest Control is professional, honest, knowledgeable and a company that does what it says it will do. Mcdonalds pest control is a life saver, or should i say.. "home saver".! Our home became infested with the dreaded Bed Bugs from a recent trip to Kissimmee, FL. (Ramada Inn). It was an absolute Nightmare!! My wife and I were being bitten and sucked on every time we went to sleep. Disgusting! I called Patrick and he came and Heat Treated the whole house. now RIP bed bugs. It's been a couple months now and we are bug-free. Mcdonalds Pest control is the BEST! Thanks again to Patrick and Larry!! We also now hired them for our quarterly pest control and they do great!

One of the best companies I have ever hired. They were very professional and prompt. The office immediately had a technician call and come out the same day. What I can say about this company is that are real people and care about their customer. They do not charge for more than what we needed and created a program that suited my needs. McDonald Pest Control is very professional and friendly. We have been impressed with the lawn care, but when we had a possium in our roof, Scott and the company were very responsive, knowledgeable, informative, and caring. The KNOWLEDGE that this company has is phenominal! They have helped me with Bees in the Walls when all other companies failed. They also helped me with Flea Infestation coming from my attached neighbors unit - I never knew fleas could come through the woodwork! They had high-tech equipment and took the time to show me!Great Technicians - I would never call anyone else

Honest, Professional and DependableI was going bonkers over this constant low "hissing" sound in my home which sounded like it was coming from inside the walls. I went online and contacted McDonald's and they scheduled a visit the same day. The Tech was very knowledgeable and immediately knew the cause - bee's inside the wall. He had a special type of camera and was able to show me the actual nest! inside the wall. They removed the nest and treated the area - but most of all they really went out of their way to "calm me down". I would very highly recommend this company - their knowledge can't be beat!

McDonald Pest Control is a superb service and I would highly recommend them over the larger companies that are out there. Mr. McDonald gives 100% personal service. We have used this company three times - Termite Damage, Fruit Rats in the attic and Fleas. Other companies were initially called out but the situation dragged on and on ...... nobody wants to live with Fleas and Fruit Rats for weeks! We spent hundreds of dollars treating our home and our dog for the fleas - to no avail. Mr. McDonald was the only contractor who did a 100% inspection and concluded that the fleas were coming in through our baseboards from an adjoining neighbor who we found out, was infested! Mr. McDonald took the time to contact our neighbor and address the situation. His help and concern was awesome! McDonald Pest Control also goes above board to educate their clients. They provided us with extensive literature on each rodent problem to make us aware of the activity, habits and behavior! AWESOME

This is a very professional company and they really know their stuff! I live in Brandon and noticed that I had a horrible African Bee Infestation in my backyard. I called this company which is located in Clearwater late Thursday evening and Steve Winger was sent out to my house at 7:30am the next day. He did a wonderful job of killing all of the bees and removing the 120 pound nest that they built underground. I couldn't believe that something this massive had been living in my backyard for years. I am very grateful for Steve's terrific service. Now, my family and friends can enjoy my backyard again! I hope that I never have a problem like this again, but if I do I will be sure to call McDonald Pest Control and ask for Steve again!
