Lynnette was the very first Certified AquaCranial Therapist ® She lives and practices on Maui. Lynnette starts a session with a few questions and helping a client into a wetsuit before immersing themselves into the ocean. Imagine a light touch massage while floating in the ocean instead of lying on a table. Hearing the oceans waves instead of listening to a CD. Smelling the ocean spray instead of incense. While being physically restored and energetically balanced. AquaCranial Therapy ® works with the cerebrospinal fluid, lymphatic fluid, fascia and bones. When working on the central nervous system, the fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord begins to move more freely. With this light touch the body starts to decompress and release chronic pain, tightness, and stress. It is common for clients to come up from a treatment in a slightly altered state. For this reason, and to help integrate the treatment, we have them lay down on a blanket for a period of time.
