Owner pays a small fee-we add to it to assist pet owner with additional funds to have their pets spayed or neutered at one of our participating veterinarians...,501c(3)non profit that raises funds for low cost spay/ neuter programs for pets & their owners ..spay & neuter dogs, cats & stray animals....pets must be between the ages of 5 months to 5 years ...,cannot accommodate dogs over 90 lbs
