We hired them for 2 monthly cleanings before firing them. The girls seem rushed and did not pay attention to detail when cleaning. Not to mention they don't speak much English so it's near impossible to communicate with them. The products did not work to remove the mold in our bathroom shower. On both occasions, they left knowing the products didn't work and I was charged the full price. After the first cleaning, I spoke with the owner about using a bleach product for the shower. He said ok. After the second cleaning, the shower looked no better. When I brought this up, I was told their protocol did not allow the girls to use bleach products. They knowingly left that my bathroom looked no better on 2 occasions.



We spent a total of $400 for 2 cleanings for our townhouse. Not worth it. My husband and I are very disappointed and would not recommend this company.



The owner and the cleaning team lack communication, professionalism and decent customer service.

The WHOLE house is cleaned in one day. I love the stickers on the toilet paper roll, I love the way the house smells, the couches are vacuumed, the kitchen is clean and the dust is gone. I would and have recommend(ed) the Maid Brigade to friends. They do a great job!

They are great My house, which includes pets, is so clean. They are efficient and even go as far as folding my kids blankies on their beds. I'm very impressed

My house absolutely sparkled after the Maid Brigade came! I love coming home to a clean house and knowing that I don't have to worry about my family being exposed to unhealthy chemical cleaners.

This is definitely the best house cleaning service that I have ever used. I get so excited when I know that maid brigade is coming because I know my house will be fresh, clean and spotless. I highly recommend them for all of your cleaning needs.

I was very impressed with their service. I'm always skeptical when trying out a housecleaning service - it's hard to live up to my standard of what a clean house should be. I was not disappointed at all. I have them come once a week now and will continue with Maid Brigade from now on.
