This business is fantastic! I spoke with Valerie who setup my appt and was very friendly. When the technician arrived, he was efficient, knowledgeable, and provided very good customer service. Even though our home is humble, he adhered to the company's motto and kept booties over his shoes for most of the service and respected my home.

I'm not sure how M&S rates compare with others but they do charge by the job and not the time. However, we paid for satisfaction and excellent service from the first phone call to the end of the job. Thank you, M&S Plumbing!
