Ivan Heartstien, is a crook. He accepted half the money as a downpayment, and never gave me what I paid for. He wasted a year of my time, lyeing about finishing the project. In the meantime, my renovation project has been on hold because of him. Now I have to find a new contractor and start over. I would advise you not to hire this man.
